Howdy! Thank you for taking the time to view Silver Creek Mushroom Farm’s website, I hope whether this is our first or first of many interactions, that I can provide you with the best products and service possible. I understand what it is like to not have a clue what wild gourmet mushrooms are and that may have what brought you here! Us here at Silver Creek Mushroom Farms, have wide open arms to anyone on any level of experience with using mushroom in the kitchen or in your daily lifestyle. We will educate you without pressuring you in to giving these fresh indoor grown, wild gourmet mushrooms a try. I am very passionate about mushroom farming and the way it has brung me closer to the community.
My favorite mushroom to prepare is the Lions Mane. I peel it apart just like string cheese and put it in on a pan of olive oil with home grown garlic and season it with some seafood seasoning and oven roast for 10-15 minutes at 350 degree's and wallah!
